HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-346Louncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution arch adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-346 RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING $9,000 FROM BUILDING INSPECTION ACTIVITY TO THE NUISANCE WEED MOWING - COMMUNITY SERVICES ACTIVITY BUDGET WHEREAS, The City Manager has previously recommended adjustments to the 1982 City budget so as to recognize shortfalls in anticipated revenues, and 'WHEREAS, The City Council on May 3 directed the City Manager to recommend a source of $9,000 within the adopted 1982 General Fund budget be used for nuisance weed control Growing, and WHEREAS, The City Manager has in his report dated July 9, 1982 recommendedthat the sum of $9,000 be transferred from the Building Inspection Activity to the Community Services Activity budgets, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that the 1982 Building Inspection Activity 101-122-601 (Regular Salaries) be reduced from $89,873 to $90,873 and that the Community Services - Nuisance Weed Mowing Activity Account 101-189-899 be appropriated $9,000.
