CITY OF PLYMWTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of
July 1982. The following members were present:Mayor Davenport,
frn mcilmPmhers Moen Neils Schneider & Threineo The foil -Mo members were
absent: none

RESOLUTION NO. 82-337
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
TEAKWOOD LANE IN FREUND'S 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Jerry L. Plzak and Marlyn K. Ervasti have
petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the folowing street:
All that part of Teakwood Lane north of the north right-oF-way of 34th
Avenue North and all that part of Teakwood Lane south of the south right-
of-way of 34th Avenue North and lying within Freund's 2nd Addition
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
' - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of August 16, 1982
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and
directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided
by law.
