moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-336
RECEIVING PETITION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS a
NORTH CENTRAL LIGHTWEIGHT AGGREGATE, INC.
4901 WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE
WHEREAS, Darrell Barnett, president of North Central Lightweight Aggregate, Inc.,
has submitted a petition requesting the City of Plymouth to install improved access,
water 'and 'sewer to 4901 West Medicine Lake Drive; and
WHEREAS, said improvements are not scheduled as part of the 1982 Capital Improve-
mentsProgram; and
WHEREAS, the adopted City policy states that petitions must be submitted to the
City Council not later than May 1 of the year preceding the year in which the
project is requested for construction; and
WHEREAS; the petition was submitted on June 17, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that said petition is received and placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said petition will be considered along with the 1984
1988 Capital Improvements Program.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor reo : Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moln. Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The fol.lowing voted against or a sta ne : none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
