HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-335G CITY'OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the 12th day ,of July 19.a_. The following members were present:Ma,jor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils. Schneider and Threinen The following members were absent: none Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-335 REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 7 AND FINAL 1979 TELEVISION INSPECTION SANITARY SEWERS PROJECT NO. 951 WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and PSG/American Consulting Services as contractor have entered into an agreement for the Television Inspection of Sanitary Sewers, said agreement being dated March 3, 1980; and WHEREAS, the engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of the final request For payment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the original contract amount was $11,955.75, one change order was approved in the amount of $658.35 and the value of the work completed and certified to date is $12,518.91. 2. That the work performed by the contractor for Project No. 951 and certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable be and the same is hereby released from the contract except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and corrections of faulty work after final payment. 3. Request for Payment No. 7 and Final in the amount of $1,576.59 to PSG/American Consulting Services for Project No. 951 is hereby approved and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
