Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 82- 332
SETTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING
URBANDALE COURT IN SCHMIDT'S GARDENS ADDITION
DUST PREVENTATIVE MEASURES
WHEREAS, the property owners in the Schmidt's Gardens Addition have petitioned
for dust control measures on Urbandale Court; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported on the cost of the requested improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with
the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improve-
ment of $1672.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 2nd day
of August, 1982 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
