Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
asoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 331
DENYING SUBDIVISION CODE AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT POLICY VARIANCES FOR LOT DIVISION FOR
UNPLATTED LAND FOR LETTY CUNNINGHAM (82015)
WHEREAS, Letty Cunningham has requested variances for division of 20+ acres of
unplatted land located at 15140 County Road 47, northeast of Vicksburg Lane and County
Road 47, into four parcels; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended denial;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request of Letty Cunningham for
'Subdivision Code and Urban Development Policy Variances for the division of unplatted
land at 15140 County Road 47 upon the following findings:
1. The proposed division would create additional buildable parcels in
the unserviced area of the City which is contrary to the intent of
the Urban Development Policy.
2. The petitioner has not established a basis for granting variances from
the Urban Development Policy or from the Subdivision Code based upon
the Variance Criteria established therein.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
roUncilmaIgber Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, EFW
following 'voted in favor thereof: mayor ayenport, Councilmembers Moen, ells,
SQUeider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
