RESOLUTION NO. 82-328
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR METRO QUIP, INCORPORATED
(A-746)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Metro Quip, Inc., located at 2340 Fernbrook Lane, was approved
under City Council Resolution No. 80-803; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a bond in the amount of $127,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer City staff has inspected said site and
recommended reduction of the bond;
.' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, That it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Site
Performance Bond No. 865559 in the amount of $127,500.00 which was submitted to
_guarantee site improvements for Metro Quip, Inc. at 2340 Fernbrook Lane, to $10,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , wd upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Dave Mayor avort, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Srhneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
