Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-327
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR KUSTOM DIE COMPANY (A-576)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Kustom Die Company located at 3435 Kilmer Lane, was approved
under City Council Resolution No. 80-64; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Sille Performance Guarantee in the form of
a bond in the amount of $30,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council reduced this bond to $10,500.00 by Resolution No. 81-382;
and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Bond No.
22-52742-08 in the amount of $30,500.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
Improvements for Kustom Die Company located at 3435 Kilmer Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmen er Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
