Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 326
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR STEENBERG STRUCTURES (A-709)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Steenberg Structures located at the southeast corner of Xenium
Lane and Water Tower Circle, was approved under City Council Resolution No. 77-11; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a bond in the amount of $25,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council reduced the bond to $5,000.00 by Resolution No. 78-606; and,
WHEREAS, upon the notice from the developer that required site improvements had been
canpleted, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of Bond No. U893063 in
the amount of $25,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for
Steenberg Structures located at the southeast corner of Xenium Lane and Water Tower
Circle.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon,
rollowdng voted n favor thereof: _Mayor avenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
, rbneider and Threinen
