Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aspecial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, washeld on t e 12th day of

The following members were absent: none
Courcilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-324
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
STREETS IN AND ADJACENT TO MEDICINE LAKE REGIONAL PARK
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate the streets in and adjacent to Medicine
Lake Regional Park; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was held on July 12, 1982
in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851, as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of July 12, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on July 12, 1982 to inform any and
all interested parties relevant to the vacation of the streets in and adjacent to
Medicine Lake Regional Park; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that the streets are not needed for
a public street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
as follows:'
1. That the following streets be vacated as public roadway:
36th Avenue
36th Avenue North over and across the following described tract:
The north 50 feet of the east 765.60 feet of Government Lot 3 lying westerly
of a curve concave to the northeast having a radius of 50 feet, which radius
point is located at the northeast corner of said Government Lot 3. Said
curve is tangent to the north line of said Government Lot 3. All in Section
23, Township 118, Range 22.
