Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-322
RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN PARCELS OBTAINED THROUGH TAX FORFEITURE AS
EXCESS TO CITY HEEDS AND APPROVING THE RECONVEYAHCE OF EACH
TO THE STATE FOR PUBLIC SALE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE DISPOSITION OF EACH
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has acquired numerous parcels through tax forfeiture;
and
WHEREAS, such parcels were originally to have been used for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the parcels are no longer contemplated to be used for the public purposes
for which they were originally acquired; and
WHEREAS, the land is now excess to city needs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does declare the following parcels to be excess
to city:

11-118-22-21-0049
24-118-22-42-0012
FURTHER, that each parcel is hereby approved for reconveyance to the state and
subsequent public sale.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
