moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-321
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License
has been received from Larry Miggins, 13416 County Road 15, Plymouth, MN, to
sell frozen shrimp in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth
Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of Larry Miggins for Peddlers,
Solicitors, or Transient Merchants license is approved for a period expiring
December 31, 1982.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo : Mayor Davenport. Counci,lmembers Moen.
