HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-3207 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2sth day of June 19 82 . The following members were present:Manor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen. Wails, Schneider & Threinen The following members were absent: none Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-320 APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License has been received from Darlene Wedin, P. 0. Box 832, Wayzata, MN, to sell pop and candy at Oakwood Park in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of Darlene Wedin for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License is approved for a period expiring December 31, 1982. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen. Neils Schneider and Threinen The following.voted against or abstained: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
