Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82 - 316
APPROVING RENEWAL OF SET-UP LICENSES
1982 - 1983
WHEREAS, applications for renewal of Set -Up Licenses have been received from
the following listed applicants for consideration of approval by the Plymouth
City Council, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 5, Plymouth City Coder
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Set -Up Licenses be renewed for the following for a
period from July 1, 1982 through June 30, 1983:
Ivy's Place

Plymouth, Mn. 55441
Heinzen-Ditter VFW Post #5903
19020 - 47th Avenue North
Plymouth, Mn. 55446
W. Medicine Lake Community Club

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the o owing
voteT in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen, Neils and
Threinen
The follwing voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
