CoMn ilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 313
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULERS LICENSE FOR 1982-83
WHEREAS, an application for Garbage Hauler's License has been received from
Sunrise Sanitation
Box 307
Excelsior, Nn.
and
WHEREAS, the above application was received in accordance with Chapter VI,
Section 600.01 oftheCity Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that a Gargabe Hauler's License be approved for Sunrise
Sanitation for a period ending March 31, 1983.
