Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 312
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants
license has been received from Kathleen Helen Geisheimer and Dottie
LouiseHedrick, 14205 68th Place, Maple Grove, MN 55369, to sell
bibles and medical books door-to-door, in accordance with Chapter III,
Section 19, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the applications of Kathleen Geisheimer
-: and Dottie Hedrick for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants
license is approved for a period expiring December 31, 1982.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced by
