HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-308ChTY OF; PLYMOUTH Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-308 ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT MOUNT OLIVET LUTHERAN CHURCH SEWER SERVICE PROJECT NO. 232 WHEREAS, Mount Olivet Lutheran Church has petitioned the City for lateral sewer service for their property at 12235 County Road 9; and WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other Improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the report shall also include the necessary sanitary sewer Improvementtoserve all remaining property without lateral sewer service in North Central District No. 4, with the exception of the property owned by Hennepin County Park Reserve District. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen, _Neils and Threinen ; he 'following Noted against or abstained: none whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
