Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 306
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ON THE COMMON LOT LINE OF
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, FERNDALE NORTH 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Lundgren Bros. Construction Co. has
petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following utility and drainage
easements:
Six foot utility easement adjacent to the westerly property line
of tot 2, Block 1, Ferndale North 4th Addition, which is the
common property line with Lot 1, Block 1, Ferndale North 4th
Addition;
and
Six foot utility easement adjacent to the easterly property line of
Lot 1, Block 1, Ferndale North 4th Addition, which is the common
property line with Lot 2, Block 1, Ferndale North 4th Addition
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of July 19, 1982 at
7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
