RESOLUTION NO. 82-304
APPROVING, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR FAMILY ENTERPRISES, INCORPORATED FOR CLASS II
RESTAURANT IN THE B-2 ZONING DISTRICT LOCATED IN THE FOUR SEASONS SHOPPING CENTER

WHEREAS, Family Enterprises, Incorporated, has requested approval of a Conditional 'Use
Permit to operate a Class II Restaurant in the B-2 Zoning District located In the Four
Seasons Shopping Center southwest of County Roads 9 and 18; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning .Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Family Enterprises,
Incorporated for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Class II Restaurant in the B-2
Zoning District located in the Four Seasons Shopping Center southwest of County Roads 9
and 18 subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable Codes, Ordinances and regulations,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. All waste and waste containers shall be stored per Ordinance, and no

outside storage is permitted.

3. Loading and unloading operations relevant to this operation shall be
conducted in the approved designated areas.
4. Signage shall be per the approved and adopted Four Seasons Shopping
Center Sign Criteria.
S. The premise- shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
6. The hours of operation shall be per the petitioner's request, not to exceed
11:00 P.M. on Sunday and subject to all City codes, ordinances and regu-
lations.
