Acting Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 82- 303
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR QUALITY HOMES, INCORPORATED (82029)
WHEREAS, Quality Homes, Incorporated has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit
Amendment to operate a dwelling unit display model in an existing garage on the
"Sagamore Condominium" site located north of County Road 9 and west of Trenton Lane;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission h s reviewed said request at a duly called Public

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Quality Homes,
Incorporated for a Conditional Use Permit Amendment to operate a dwelling unit display
model in an existing garage on the "Sagamore Condominium" site located north of County
Road 9 and west of Trenton Lane subject to the following conditions:
1. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structure.
2. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
3. The permit is issued to the petitioner/tenant as operator of the
facility and shall not be transferable.
4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards.
5. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
6. There shall be no outside display, sales or storage of merchandise
or related materials.
7.
The temporary sales trailer shall be removed upon completion/construction
of -the proposed unit for the purposes of a model and a sales office.
