Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-302
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RONALD A. DOHMEN (82027)
WHEREAS, Ronald A. Dohmen has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to locate
an amateur radio antenna exceeding Ordinance height limitations in an R1 -A Zoning
District at 125 Magnolia Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Ronald A. Dohmen to
locate an amateur radio antenna exceeding Ordinange height limitations in an R1 -A
Zoning District at 125 Magnolia Lane subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is issued to the petitioner/tenant as operator of the
facility and shall not be transferable.
2. No signage shall be permitted on the tower.
3. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
4. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with
the conditions.
5. Maximum tower height approved is 70 feet.
The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci]rnember. Threinen , and upon Grote bei taken tT'reon
