Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of June 1982.
The Following members were present; Acting Mayor Sehnei er, CounciImembers 7an,
Neils. and Threinen
The Following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 300
SETTING CONDITIONS REGARDING AND TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/
CONSOLIDATION FOR "MISSION PONDS" (A-338)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation/division for Mission Ponds
Partnership For "Mission Ponds" Resolution No. 82-;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to Filing of said lot consolidation/division:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Homeowner Association documents/covenants to be amended to Al
incorporate the balance of Lots 9 and 12, Block 1, "Mission Ponds".
3. Submit written documentation that the deeds for Parcels A and D have
been conveYed to the Homeowner's Association prior to issuance of
Building Permits.
