HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-299CITY OF PLYMOUTH f� En„ncilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82- 299 APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS "MISSION PONDS" (A-338) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved a Lot Consolidation and Division of existing platted lots for Mission Ponds Partnership within the City of Plymouth; and, WHEREAS, the existing platted parcels shall be incorporated with the common area for the "Mission Ponds" Homeowners Association; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation and divisions are approved by Hennepin County: EXISTING: COMMONS AREA: Lot 13, MISSION PONDS, Hennepin County, Minnesota, ALSO, That part of Lot 9, MISSION PONDS, Hennepin County, Minnesota which lies southwesterly of the following described line: Commencing at the most southerly corner of said Lot 9; thence North 45 degrees East, assumed bearing, along the southeasterly line of said Lot 9 distance of 27.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be^-cribed; thence North 45 degrees West 83.00 feet to the northwesterly line of said Lot 9 and there terminating. ALSO, That part of Lot 12, MISSION PONDS, Hennepin County, Minnesota which lies northeasterly of the following described line: Commencing at the most southerly corner of said Lot 12; thence North 45 degrees East, assumed bearing, along the southeasterly line of raid Lot 12 a distance of 8.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to he described; thence North 45 degrees West 80.00 feet to the northwesterly line of said Lot 12 and there terminating. to be consolidated into one parcel.
