F' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a re lar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tie —Zlst day of Jung 1982.
The following members were present: Actina Mayor Schneider, Counclimembers Moen,

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-298
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR MISSION PONDS
PARTNERSHIP FOR "MISSION PONDS" (A-338)
WHEREAS, Mission Ponds Parternship has requested a consolidation and division of
existing platted parcels within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following consolidation and
division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation and divisions are
approved by Hennepin County:
EXISTING: Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block 1 "Mission Ponds"
to
PARCEL A. That part of Lot 9, MISSION PONDS, Hennepin County, Minnesota which lies
southwesterly of the following described line:
Commenctng at the most southerly corner of said Lot 9; thence North 45 degrees East,
assumed bearing, along the southeasterly line of said Lot 9 a distance of 27.00 feet to
the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 45 degrees West, 83.00
feet to the northwesterly line of said Lot 9 and there terminating.
PARCEL B. Lot 10, MISSION PONDS, Hennepin County, Minnesota and that part of Lot 9,
Mission Ponds which lies northeasterly of the following described line:
Commencing at the most southerly corner of said Lot 9; thence North 45 degrees East,
assumed bearing, along the southeasterly line of said Lot 9 a distance of 27.00 feet to
the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence north 45 degrees West 83.00
Peet to the northwesterly line of said Lot 9 and there terminating,
PARCEL C. Lot 11, MISSION PONDS, Hennepin County, Minnesota and that part of Lot 12,
Mission Ponds which lies southwesterly of the following described line:
Commencing at the most southerly corner of said Lot 12; thence North 45 degrees East,
assumed bearing, along the southeasterly line of said Lot 12 a distance of 8.00 feet to
the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence. North 45 degrees West, 80.00
Feet to the northwesterly line of said Lot 12 and there terminating.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution .was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Actino Mavor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen,
