Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of
the City of Pl~h, Minnesota. was held on�2lst day of June 19 82.

rnunrilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-294
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR HONEYWELL CORPORATION (A-151)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Honeywell Corporation located at 12001 Highway 55, was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 79-456; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a bond in the amount of $307,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond No. 8079-59-23 in the amount of $307,500.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
Improvements for the Honeywell Corporation located at 12001 Highway 55.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen, and upon vote beinngg taken thereon, the
