RESOLUTION NO. 82-293
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
MINNEAPOLIS, PLYMOUTH OFFICE (79014) ^y
WHEREAS a Site. Plan for First National Bank of Minneapolis, Plymouth p , office, located
at 4105 Lancaster Lane, was approved under City Council Resolution No. 79-452; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $10,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the Letter of
Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. 58763 in the amount of $107000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for the First National Bank of Minneapolis, Plymouth office located at ,
4105 Lancaster Lane.
