Couneilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoptions
RESOLUTION NO. 82-291
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR METROPOLITAN STATE BANK OF

PLYMOUTH (A-815)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Metropolitan State. Bank of Plymouth located at 13605 27th
Avenue North was approved under City Council Resolution No. 80-198,; and,

WHEREAS, she developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
an escrow account in the amount of $25,000.00; and,

WHEREAS, the City Council reduced the escrow account to $10,000.00 by Resolution No.
81-152; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had been
completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the escrow
funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Guarantee in the amount of $10,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for the Metropolitan State Bank of Plymouth located at 13605 27th Avenue
North.
