HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-290CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t s day of June 19 82 The following members were _present: Acting Mayor c nei er, Counci ImeMDers n, Neils and Threinen The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport Counci.lmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoptonz RESOLUTION NO. 82- 290 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR'STORER CABLE COMMUNICATIONS FOR A 100 -FT TOWER TO BE LOCATED ON A SITE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF VICKSBURG LANE AND NEW COUNTY ROAD 9 (82018) WHEREAS, Storer Cable Communications has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to erect a_tower on the site located at the southeast corner of County Road 9 and Vicksburg Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing on April 28, 1982 and at the May 12, 1982 meeting and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Storer Cable Communications for a Conditional Use Permit for a 100 -ft. tower to be located at the southeast corner of Vicksburg Lane and County Road 9 and subject to the following conditions: 1. Permit is subject to all Code regulations and Ordinances and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The Permit is granted to the petitioner and is not transferable. 3. No leasing of tower space for antennaes to be used by others is permitted. 4. Additional antennae from those identified on the Plan dated April 21, 1982 is subject to review of the Conditional Use Permit per the amendment provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. 5. No signage is permitted on the tower. 6. The Permit shall be reviewed in one year to determine compliance with the terms of the permit. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being, taken thereon, following voted in favor thereof: Actinq Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen, at or st was declared duly passed
