Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a re ular meeting of the City Council of'
the City of, iiywouth, Minnesota, was held on t t day of June 19.82
The following members were present:_ Actina Mayor Schne der, Counci mem ers Wn,
Nails and Threinen
The rollowing members were absent: mayor Davenport-
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 289
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR -STORER CABLE COMMUNICATIONS AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
VICKSBURG LANE AND NEW COUNTY ROAD 9 (82018)
WHEREAS, Storer Cable Communications has requested approval of a site plan for an
approximate 3,000 sq. ft. building to be located at the southeast corner of County Road
9'and Vicksburg Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Storer Cable
Communications for Site Plan approval of an approximately 3,000 sq. ft. bulding to be
located at the southeast Corner of Vicksburg Lane and "new" County Road 9 subject to
the following conditions:
1. Compliance wtih the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submission of required financial guarantee for site improvements termed for
24 -months.
3. No outside storage is permitted per Ordinance provisions.
4. Sidewalks to be constructed along Vicksburg Lane and County Road 9 per
approved Sidewalk Master Plan for "Downtown Plymouth".
5. All areas not otherwise improved as part of the Site Plan shall be
sodded per City Landscape Policy.
6. Any future expansion shall be subject to Ordinance standards and required
Site Plan reviews and approvals.
7. A revised Site Plan shall be submitted prior to issuance of a Buildinq
Permit, showing revisions to the private access road providing for a
35 -ft. cul-de-sac radius, a three foot high berm between the cul-de-sac
and the sidewalk, and provisions for an easement per Council Resolution
No. 82-187.
�. 8. A colored, vinyl -coated chain link fence shall be used.
The motion, for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
