RESOLUTION NO. 82- 288
RECEIVING REPORT FOR INFILTRATION/INFL0VI ANALYSIS
PROJECT NO. 018
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 81-230, adopted April 6, 1981, an infiltration/
inflow analysis has been prepared by Professional Services Group, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on June 21, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the report is hereby received and placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer shall forward the report to the
Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), United States Environmental Protec-
tion Agency (USEPA) and the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission (MWCC).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�ounci m mber Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor ereo : Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Moen,
Neils and Threnen

Hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
