adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-285
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF TEMPORARY NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR 'LICENSE
WHEREAS, the City Council on March 15, 1982 approved on an experimental basis the
Issuance of temporary on-sale non-intoxicating malt liquor licenses in public parks
for athletic events; and
WHEREAS, applications have been received for the issuance of such licenses; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with City ordinance and policy, the Police Department has
Investigated the background of the Individuals requesting said licenses; and
WHEREAS, administrative procedures have been established to safeguard the City and
Its residents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the issuance of temporary on-sale
non-intoxicating; malt liquor licenses which shall not be valid until certificates of
Insurance in the appropriate amounts are received in the city offices and such
licenses are limited to those persons, dates and locations shown below:
