Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-284
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants license •
has been received from Mary Patterson, Recreation Supervisor. City of Plymouth,
for the sale of pre -wrapped food items at the East Beach Shelter, 1740
Medicine Lake Beach. Plymouth, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19,
Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of Mary Patterson, City of Plymouth,
Park and Recreation Department, for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants
license is approved for a period expiring December 31, 1982.
