%Krsuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held o'7th day of June ,
19 82. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Neils Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-280
APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS
WHEREAS; Wayne Stewart has resigned from the Board of Zoning Adjustment
and Appeals, and
WHEREAS; the Council has requested that this vacancy be filled as soon
as possible, and
WHEREAS; Lawrence Marofsky has expressed an interest in serving the
City of Plymouth as a member of the Board of Zoning Adjustment and
Appeals to fill out this term;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Lawrence Marofsky is hereby appointed to the
Board of Zoning Adjustment and Appeals for a term to expire January 31,
1984.
