RECEIVING PETITIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the following property owners have submitted petitions requesting the
City of Plymouth to install public improvements:
1. Wind Ridge at Bass Lake 5th Addition by Lundgren Bros. Construction Co.
2. Mission Hills Park 6th Addition by Lundgren Bros. Construction Co.
3. Minneapolis Work House property by Lundgren Bros. Construction Co.
4. Rudy Boschwitz parcel by Lundgren Bros. Construction Co.
5. Parcel of land north of Amhurst Addition and south of Hamel Road by
Laurent Builders, Inc.
6. Land south of County Road 10, east of Zachary Lane, north of railroad
and west of Nathan Lane by Hewitt Peterson
7. Proposed Bass Lake Ridge Addition by Halley Lane Corporation
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that said petitions are received and placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said petitions will be considered along with the 1983 -
1987 Capital Improvements Program.
