RESOLUTION NO. 82-272
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
DUST PREVENTATIVE MEASURES ON URBANDALE COURT IN SCHMIDT'S GARDENS ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from property owners requesting construc-
tion of a project known as "Black Magic" on Urbandale Court as a dust preventa-
tive;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the petition is received and placed on file.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some
other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor the -r-07: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
