RESOLUTION NO. 82-271
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
STREETS IN AND ADJACENT TO MEDICINE LAKE REGIONAL PARK
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.H. 412.851, Hennepin County Park Reserve District has
petitioned the City Council for a vacation of streets and adjacent to Medicine Lake
Regional Park; and
WHEREAS, the following is a description of the requested vacations:
36th Avenue
36th Avenue North over and across the following described tract:
The north 50 feet of the east 765.60 feet of Government Lot 3
lying westerly of a curve concave to the northeast having a
radius of 50 feet, which radius point is located at the north-
east corner of said Government Lot 3. Said curve is tangent
to the north line of said Government Lot 3. All in Section 23,
Township 118, Range 22.
and also,
The south 40 feet of the wast 300 feet of Outlot A, Mission
Ridge 2nd Addition lying westerly of a curve concave to the
southeast having a radius of 50 feet, which radius is located
at the southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 23, Township 118, Range 22. Said curve is
tangent to the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the South-
west Quarter.
Maywood Park Addition
All of the following streets platted within the addition:
Jonquil Lane (originally Lagoon Ave.)
35th Avenue (originally Knoll Street)
35th Place (originally Vista Street)
Lawn Lane

AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of July 12, 1982 at 7:30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the
time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administra-
tive staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
