Co ncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-270
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT 017, PHASE III, SCHEDULE G, SEED AND SOD
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS - ZACHARY PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to Zachary Playfield, Schedule G, Seed and Sod:
1. Add additional sod quantities and delete seed quantities.
2. Add maintenance and watering of sod.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Phase III, Schedule G is recom-
mended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Phase III, Schedule G adding
$23,387.80 is approved and the original contract price of $74,159.20 is revised
to $97,547.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Rasolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passeW and adopted.
