Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rgqular� meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of June 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, we—M, —

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-268
SETTING CONDITIONS RELATING TO AND TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING REVISED PUD FINAL PLAN AND
PLAT, C014DITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT AND SITE PLAN FOR LOWRY HILLS CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR "DEERHAVEN SECOND ADDITION" (RPUD 81-4) (81011)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Revised PUD Final Plan and Plat, Conditional
Use Permit Amendment and Site Plan for "Deerhaven Second Addition" as requested by
Lowry Hills Construction Company;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that is should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of
said plat:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No Building Permits to be issued until Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
3. Compliance with Resolution No. 81-766 and the Development Contract
executed on January 25, 1982.
4. The units constructed shall be per the plans submitted.
5. The berm on the northeast corner of 57th Avenue and Deerwood Lane be
Increased as much as would allow for safe visibility, extended in an
easterly direction, subject to approval by the City Engineer.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _Mayour Davenport, Council.members Moen, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
