adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-267
APPROVING REVISED PUD FINAL PLAN AND PLAT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR
LOWRY HILLS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR "DEERHAVEN SECOND ADDITION" (RPUD 81-4) (81011)
WHEREAS, Lowry H111 Construction Company has requested approval of a Revised PUD Final
Plan and Plat and. Conditional Use Permit Amendment for "Deerhaven Second Addition"
located southwest of County Road 10 and Zachary Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends it approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Lowry Hills
Construction Company for Revised PUD Final Plan and Plat and Conditional Use Permit
Amendment approval for "Deerhaven Second Addition" located southwest of Zachary Lane
and County Road 10.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
