Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, ameeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tt 7"th day of June 1982.

Cnunrilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-266A
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY FOR THE SECOND PHASE OF "PLYMOUTH
BUSINESS CENTER" MPUD 78-1 LOCATED SOUTH AND EAST OF ANNAPOLIS LANE, WEST OF INTERSTATE
494 (82023)
WHEREAS, Trammell Crow Company has requested approval of a Site Plan for a Service
Center and a warehouse facility to be located in the second phase of "Plymouth Business
Center" MPUD 78-1 located south and east of Annapolis Lane and west of Interstate 494;

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Trammell Crow Company
for Site Plan approval for the Second Phase of "Plymouth Business Center" MPUD 78-1
located south and east of Annapolis Lane and west of Interstate 494 subject to the
following conditions:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Waste disposal facilities shall be inside the buidings or within
approved enclosures. Detailed plans showing waste disposal facilities
and areas shall be submitted and approved prior to issuance of bulldinq
permits.
3. Location of fire hydrants, fire lanes and fire access shall be in ac-
cordance with City Code.
4. Submission of required financial guarantees and performance agreement for
completion of the site improvements.
5. All signage shall be in compliance with Ordinance provisions.
6. There shall be no outside storage or product, or production materials,
or merchandise except as approved by specific Conditional Use Permits
and plans.
