Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, argular meeting of the City Council of

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-265
APPROVING MPUD FINAL PLAN AND PLAT FOR TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY FOR "PLYMOUTH BUSINESS
CENTER SECOND ADDITION" (MPUD 78-1) (81044)
WHEREAS, Trammel Crow Company has requested approval of the MPUD Final Plan and Plat
for "Plymouth Business Center Second Addition", Phase II of the MPUD 78-1 located south
anti east of Annapolis Lane and west of Interstate 494; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends it approval;
�. NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Trammel Crow Company
for "Plymouth Business Center Second Addition" (MPUD 78-1) located south and east of
Annapolis Lane and west of Interstate 494.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
