HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-264CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of June . 19 82, The following members were present:Ma_Yor Davenport, ouncilmembers men, NeIrg, '— ysChpPidmand 1hrelmen the Following Viers were absent: none tom-. rniinri emberMoen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-264 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR JOHN L. HENNING FOR "HENNING'S 1ST ADDITION" LOCATED IN SECTION 35, NORTH AND SOUTH OF COUNTY ROAD 15 (79036) WHEREAS, John L. Henning has requested approval of a Preliminary Plat for 32 single family lots and one outlot on 28.9 acres located in Section 35, north and south of County Road 15; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly called Public Hearing and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a Preliminary Plat for 32 single family lots and one outlot on 28.9 acres located in Section 35, north and south of County Road 15 subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum. 2. The Final Plat application shall comply with the City Council decision with respect to dedication of land for park purposes. 3. Outlot A shall be deeded to the City for right-of-way purposes. 4. All diseased and dying trees be removed at the owner's expense. 5. All existing accessory structures other than the dwelling on Lot 8, Block 1 shall be removed at the owner's expense. 6. No development on any of the sites until municipal sewer and water are physically extended to the sites. 7. No building permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 8. Compliance with City Council Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions or on sites adjacent to or containing any open storm water drainage facility. The Motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by T4re4pen and,upop vote being taken thereon, the rollowIng voted n favor thereof: Mayor pavenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, _ Schneider and:Threinen_ rollowing voted ag nsT stor abstained: none. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and ad6pted.
