HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1982-263ACITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of June , 1982. The following members were present: or Davenport, absCeunncilmeâ–ºhone Mnen. Neils- Schneider & Threinen. The following members were Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82-263A REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND MEDICINE LAKE HIGHLANDS (81010) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated June 30, 1981, M.H.L. Company, developer of Medicine Lake Highlands (81010) has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as rioted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bond requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Erosion Control Site Grading Park and Trail Improvements Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT y vv,vvv 45,800 Y,vV -0- 24,000 -0- 2,900 -0- 4,000 4,000 -0- -0- 300 300 1,000 1,000 1,000 1,000 20,000 2,000 -0- -0- 19,080 3,200 $178,080 $22,600 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $29,870 to $22,600 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted as of June 7, 1982 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was ,duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Counciinfembers Moen, Neils, . Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. a-
