Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plypouth, Minnesota, was held on e t 7t day of June 1982.

Councilmember Schneider. _ _introduged the following Resolution and roved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 82-263
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE 80ND FOR CRAMER-WEIR COMPANY FOR SCOVILLE
PRESS (A-843)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Cramer -Weir Company for Scoville Press located at 2525
Fernbrook Lane North under City Council Resolution No. 80-647; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted a bond as a Site Performance Guarantee in the amount
of $78,750.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon request of the developer, City Staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that
it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Site
Performance Bond No. 400FY6112 in the amount of $78,750.00 which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Cramer -Weir Company for Scoville Press located at 2525
Fernbrook Lane North to $10,000.00.he
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
