Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-255
REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS
WHEREAS; The Council has been requested to appoint a Planning Commission
representative to the Board of Zoning Adjustment and Appeals; and
WHEREAS; David L. Pauba has served in this position previously and has
asked to be reappointed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota, that David L. Pauba is hereby reappointed as the
Planning Commission representative to the Board of Zoning Adjustment and
Appeal for a term to expire January 31, 1983.
