Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
` 17th day of May 19_8L. The following members were
present:MaXor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils. Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Coun ilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 249
RECEIVING PETITION FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
CARLSON CENTER ADDITION
WHEREAS, Carlson Properties, Inc. have submitted a petition requesting the City
of Plymouth to install all public improvements in the Carlson Center Addition,
including County Road 61; and
WHEREAS, said improvements are not scheduled as part of the 1982 Capital Improve-
ments Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that said petition is received and placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said petition will be considered along with the 1983 -
1987 Capital Improvements Program.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
QpWncilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in ffavor ereo : Mayor Davenoort. Councilmembers Moen. Neils,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
