Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-247
RECEIVING REPORT FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK PARK
STORM WATER STORAGE POND BC -P8
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Resolution 81-711 adopted October 5, 1981, a report
for the pond improvements for the proposed Pond BC -P8 has been prepared by
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on May 17, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the report is hereby received and placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the report is referred to the Council Assessment
Committee.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
o ncilmemb r Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
'foliowing voted in favor ereoMayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils.
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
