moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-246
RECEIVING REPORT FOR HONEYWELL - COUNTY ROAD 15
WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 226
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Resolution 82-141 adopted March 15, 1982, a report for
the watermain improvements for the Honeywell property adjacent to County Road 15
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on May 17, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the report is hereby received and placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the report is referred to the Council Assessment
Committee.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coun ilmemb , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foT%wing voted in favor ereo : Mayor Davenport Councilmembers Moen. Neils.
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopted.
