Couqcilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-245
RECEIVING REPORT FOR 45TH AVENUE WEST OF NATHAN LANE
UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 225
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Resolution 82-140 adopted March 15, 1982, a report for
the utility and street improvements for 45th Avenue from Nathan Lane to Zachary
Lane has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on May 17, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the report is hereby received and placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the report is referred to the Council Assessment
Committee.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counc lme�r Moen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo :Mayror Davenport. Councilmpmbers Moen. Neils._
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
