Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION N0.82-244
PRELIMINARY LAYOUT APPROVAL
HIGHWAY 55 FROM FERNBROOK LANE TO XENIUM LANE
LAYOUT NO. 2B (STAGE 2)
WHEREAS, the Commission of the Department of 'Transportation has prepared a
preliminary layout for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 288
renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 55 within the corporate limits of the City of
Plymouth, from Fernbrook Lane to Xenium Lane, and seeks the approval thereof;
and
WHEREAS, said preliminary layouts are on file in the Office of the Department of
Transportation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as
Layout No. 2B (Stage 2) S.P. 2723-69 (55=188) from Fernbrook Lane to Xenium
Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that said preliminary layouts for the improvement of said Trunk Highway
with the corporate limits be and hereby are approved.
